Rev. Muchangi helps in overseeing  the general operations of IBLC. He helps in approving IBLC policies as well as major staffing decisions. He helps to ensure that IBLC stays on mission and that it is financially sound. He keeps track with the big picture of our Vision, Values and IBL’s long term goals to ensure it maintains it’s operations within the perimeters to which it was called. Rev. Muchangi is also an IBLC Key Speaker, moderator and a key general contributor to it’s operation strategies.
