IBLC Zoom Conference Meetings commenced on October 29th 2022 at 2PM (US-EST).
All meetings are held once a month unless otherwise noted from 2 PM – 3 PM (US-EST) on the last Saturday of each month. Please confirm your Nation’s time zone accordingly.
The meetings last for about an hour. The first 10 minutes is used for interaction among leaders from various nations. 45 minutes is designated for the speaker of the Word and the last 5 minutes is designated for prayer and conclusion.
The meetings WILL NOT be streamed live on any social media platforms by the host unless otherwise discussed by the board of directors and approved with the consent of the attendees.
Rules For Zoom Meetings And Recording
If the host decides to record the meeting, the attendees will receive a notification when a recording starts or if they join a session that is already being recorded.
If meetings are being recorded, Zoom will also automatically provide notification to the attendees during the entire time the recording is in progress.
The attendees shall have an option to either consent to stay in the meeting being recorded, join via audio only or leave the meeting in general.
The meetings SHALL NOT be streamed LIVE on any social media platforms by the host unless otherwise advised and only with the consent of the attendees.
