IBLC Global Conference Committee & Their Ministries

Our IBLC’s conference organizing committee is a dedicated group of individuals who are dedicated to plan, coordinate, and execute international conferences including IBLC’s international conferences as deemed necessary.

Our committee work includes distributing workloads, ensuring cross-departmental coordination, managing budgets, and successfully executing large-scale objectives that require specialized attention. The IBLC’s Organizing Committee main functions

1. Workload Distribution: They relieve top management of operational details by taking ownership of specific tasks like logistics, budgeting, and execution.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration: They act as bridges, coordinating activities across diverse departments or organizations to ensure alignment with broader goals.

3. Specialized Expertise: They leverage the diverse skills of multiple experts to solve complex problems and make highly informed recommendations.

4. Stakeholder Engagement: They serve as a vital link between the organization, its members, and the public, maintaining clear communication throughout a designated tasks lifecycle.

Rev. Elijah Lankisa (often spelled Lankisha) is a prominent Kenyan pastor, serving as the Founder and Senior Pastor of Stable Anchor Church in Nairobi, Kenya. In addition to his pastoral duties, he is a dedicated educator, working as the Education & Training Coordinator for TLT (Timothy Leadership Training) with CRWM/ESA.

Public Ministry: Rev. Lankisa is also a well-known conference speaker, participating in events like the Mt Kenya Territorial Dominion Conference and hosting seminars on spiritual leadership.

Stable Anchor Church: He has been the senior pastor here since May 2012, guiding his congregation in Nairobi.

Teaching & Mentorship: Through his role with TLT, he focuses on leadership development and theological education across Kenya.
